消费者 PR #104 按正式 DESIGN.md 完成 Twitter setup、Mail 全部 renderer 与 Graph 重组。本次只更新总 task packet，关联分组提交、完整 CI 与真实远端验收，具体状态和截图仍由消费者工作包维护。
没有 UI 包、Token 或设计规范变更。文档格式与 diff 检查通过。
