Publication verified: origin/main, origin/codex/preserve-pending-exit, and annotated tag v0.2.5 all resolve to 96add0c. The latest GitHub release is published, final main CI passed all four jobs (145 tests each, zero failures), and Codex review found no issues. Both local checkouts are clean; all task temporary files were removed and none were committed. JS parity and native iOS builds were not run for this CI-only patch. |
CI previously ran debug tests in the release job and did not check the current stable Swift toolchain. This patch runs matching debug/release builds and tests on the default macOS runner and stable Xcode 27.1, with complete concurrency checking and compiler warnings treated as errors. It also enables manual verification and updates checkout/github-script actions without changing library API or deployment compatibility.
Validation: final main CI run 40569091877 passed all four debug/release jobs on Xcode 26.6 / Swift 6.3.3 and stable Xcode 27.1 / Swift 6.4 at release commit
96add0c61cd168f5836c8b8b28ec1e65fbf7708e. Each job passed 145 tests with zero failures, and the captured logs contained no compiler/tool warnings or errors. Workflow YAML/matrix assertions, JavaScript syntax checks, and actionlint also passed (actionlint's outdated runner-label list required allowing the documentedxcode-27label). The optional JS parity step skipped because its custom engine is unavailable on hosted runners. Native iOS device/simulator builds were not run for this CI-only patch.Codex review of final commit
96add0ccompleted with no findings. Main was fast-forwarded and pushed; the annotatedv0.2.5tag and both remote branch refs resolve to that same commit. BacktestingKit v0.2.5 is published as the latest non-prerelease release, incrementing remotev0.2.4by0.0.1.Pull request created by Codex.
