Summary
Widens the TensorAlgebra compat bound to admit the breaking 0.12 release (ITensor/TensorAlgebra.jl#184). The TensorAlgebra extension uses
matricize,unmatricize, andFusionStyle, none of which changed, so this is a compat-only update.
