Could you please move all pypsa related files into a sub-folder called PyPSA/ ? (And check if it is still callable and can access all imports correctly and all paths in the description still work. In the outside README.md, then explain what is in the folder and that it has its own README.md file (which you then can call README.md :) ). Thanks! :)

Current changes could get merged in my opinion. We still could add features, like returning a case study object, if that's needed for future use.
