aow setup asks users to type integration numbers, while the top-level help prints every command on one line. This change provides a keyboard-driven checkbox menu and readable, grouped help throughout the CLI.

• Add arrow-key navigation, Space toggles, select/clear all, invert, and confirmation/cancellation with terminal state restoration. Preserve /dev/tty selection for piped installers and explicit --agents automation.
• Apply a compact Matrix-inspired green theme, width-aware help, command examples, and consistent status labels. Respect NO_COLOR and plain redirected output; preserve machine-readable version and native-host output.
• Update English/Chinese setup documentation and cover selection combinations, cancellation, help entrypoints, colors, and narrow terminals.

Validation: TypeScript, terminal-host build, architecture checks, git diff --check, and 163 terminal-host tests passed. Real PTY checks passed for subset selection with stdin redirected to /dev/null, service-only setup, cancellation, and colored help. No package versions or release artifacts are changed.
