+ Pin MBF64 arithmetic to exact-x87 GW-BASIC oracle - #295

Sourcing rung 2: proprietary GW-BASIC 3.23 supplied the captured complete PRECV.TXT output; no proprietary code was copied. No license-compatible implementation matches this interpreter version. The generated DOS image matches the oracle under the test CPU exact x87 mode; DOSBox 0.74 narrows FPU intermediates and cannot validate this precision boundary.
Regenerate the symbol locator after adding MBF64 oracle tests. This is an index-only update; it introduces no format or arithmetic implementation.

Add a genuine GW-BASIC 3.23 complete-file oracle for MBF64 arithmetic beyond binary64 precision, across both optimizer modes; cover direct and cell-based arithmetic in BASICA/GW. Document why DOSBox 0.74 C-FPU execution is not a precision oracle. Local solution build and full NUnit suite passed (6591 passed, 12 skipped, 0 failed).
