This PR improves the Runtime Route Proof v1 reviewer navigation layer after the private candidate prerelease was published. It makes the Wazuh -> Cribl -> Splunk route, reviewer-safe packet, proof record, platform verifier, prerelease, and blocked claim boundaries easier to understand without changing the proof ceiling.
