docs: align organization profile with Claim2Core

Summary

Refresh the organization profile so the public Gthulhu landing page matches the current project direction and repository state.

Changes

• position Gthulhu around Claim2Core / DRA-aware runtime execution;
• add a responsibility-boundary diagram from Kubernetes admission/allocation to Linux task scheduling;
• document currently implemented TID-aware scheduling semantics;
• replace the stale repository map with active vs archived status;
• remove references that present archived api, chart, and mcp repositories as active primary components;
• point contributors to the main repo, roadmap, docs, and discussions.

This updates the organization profile README. GitHub repository-listing descriptions/topics are separate repository metadata and are not changed by this PR.
