Add some datatype casting helpers
Temporarily fixed `RoundScalarWithFormatT()` using pattern matching
`ImParseFormatTrimDecorations()` calling `size_t()` for some reason
Change `ImGuiDataType` to 0-based.
Update function template logic. `ImU32()` and `ImS32()` become the same after this commit. Really correct? The `ImS32()` had always been bugged, until this change, wtf?
