Summary

Records what the first Guestline exports contain, narrows the import to
three reports, and decides how often each is uploaded. Daily Rate Analysis
and Rate Override were dropped after review. Adds synthetic exports for
tests. Refs #83.

• New decision 0032 supersedes 0031: Daily New Reservations, Cancellations
  and Actual & Forecast only.
• All three are uploaded daily: a one-off 2-year backfill, then the last 7
  days of each report every day. Actual & Forecast stops at today, since
  future nights come from the booking rebuild.
• docs/guestline-data.md: coverage, columns removed, answers to 0031's open
  questions, and the rebuild check (matches Total on every night since
  Jan 2025).
• Daily New Reservations has no cancelled bookings, so the rebuild needs
  Cancellations too. That report must be filtered by cancellation date.
• Real exports move to gitignored backend/hidden_data/. backend/data/ now
  holds synthetic CSVs from data/generate.py.

How to test

1. cd backend && python3 data/generate.py prints counts and exits cleanly.
   The script asserts the bookings add up to Total on every night.

• Still open: DFS, amended bookings, and why Accomm sits between nett and
  gross.

Dropping Daily Rate Analysis and Rate Override affects #85 and #86 (both can close as not planned) and #89 (drop them from its blockers).

The three still-open items (DFS, amended bookings, and why Accomm sits between nett and gross) are much easier to settle by checking the Rezlynx portal than by deriving them from the exports. Each is a few minutes in the report options, the reservation logs, or one booking's bill. Parking them until we have the login.

@selvarajuv @emmagershman is it possible to get login access? if not can direct you guys towards where we would probably figure this out. Also none of these are blocking, but the ammended bookings question helps with tracking changes to stay periods (someone changes an arrival/departure date after booking)
