Feedback is saved and changes later rates #77

Problem

The feedback form, the feedback API and retraining are built separately. Nothing checks that the manager's feedback actually reaches the model.

Goal

On production, the manager sends feedback on a future or past night, sees their rate shown from then on, and the next retrain uses the feedback.

Scope

• Connect the feedback form to the feedback API.
• Check that the calendar and detail view show the manager's rate once it's set.
• Check that the next retrain includes the new feedback.

Acceptance criteria

• Feedback on a future night and on a past night is saved and still shown after a refresh.
• The manager's own rate replaces the model's rate on the calendar.
• The next retrain includes the feedback, and the model version that used it can be identified.
