Records the live-server findings for spec 002 (Nuclear Option) in nuclear-option/specs.md and README.md, observed on a real server on kubelab on 2026-10-11:

• Logs: stdout only; no log files on /data (T021).
• Ban list: resolves to /data/ban_list.txt, but the server never creates it, so bans on a fresh server are not persisted (T129).
• Backup/restore round-trip with the stock Backup/Restore CRs: config and ban list restored with identical checksums (T129).
• Config validation matrix: all invalid inputs rejected by the operator in under 1 s with a field-specific message, no pod created (T128).
• Probe defect: the game image has no nc, so the exec probes always fail and the pod never becomes Ready.

Items that need a connected player (per-entry get-player-list, chat effect, Steam display-name hydration with and without the API key Secret) are kept UNVERIFIED with the reason stated. No code or template changes.
