docs: add AGENTS.md and generalise agent instructions in CLAUDE.md

Summary

• AGENTS.md: added as a symlink to CLAUDE.md, next to the existing AGENT.md symlink. Agents that read either name get the same instructions. Both names are kept.
• CLAUDE.md:
  • Rule 7: the external memory path is now tool-neutral (~/.[claude,codex,etc....]/projects/Gameplane/memory/).
  • Rule 11: commit trailers are only Co-Authored-By: <current model>; the Claude-Session trailer is dropped.
  • Rule 18, the repository map and the website workflow name AGENTS.md alongside CLAUDE.md.

These are the maintainer's own edits from the main checkout, re-applied cleanly onto current master.
