feat(examples): add FastAPI async cleaning

Summary

Adds a standalone FastAPI integration example for FreshData.

The new example:

• exposes a POST /clean endpoint
• accepts JSON tabular records or CSV uploads
• supports strategy, impute, and drop_duplicates
• runs freshdata.clean() through asyncio.to_thread to avoid blocking the event loop
• returns cleaned records together with the structured CleanReport
• documents the new FastAPI integration in examples/README.md

Validation

• JSON input tested locally
• CSV multipart upload tested locally
• duplicate removal verified
• ruff check examples/integrations/fastapi_clean_service.py passes
