Nx Cloud has identified a possible root cause for your failed CI:

We identified that this test fails because the live PingOne server's "Form Fields Test" form has not yet been configured with an IMAGE field — the client-side implementation code itself is correct and complete. The form-image element never appears in the DOM because the server never returns an IMAGE field in its response, not because of any defect in the added code.

No code changes were suggested for this issue.
