Add real packed INT8 music preview

Summary

• replace the full-size fake-quant selector with a genuinely packed INT8 DiT
• add authenticated subgroup and portable WebGPU kernels plus a deterministic repacker
• reduce the DiT from 3.02 GB to 1.70 GB and the cold model set from 5.75 GB to 4.43 GB
• keep Production unchanged on the normal page; expose the preview through music.html?int8=1 for listening validation

Validation

• 2,032 ACE tests passed (27 skipped)
• 45 web integration tests passed
• 73 converter tests passed (2 skipped)
• typecheck, formatting, and production build passed
• hosted manifest hash/size and model-shard CORS verified

A connected Chrome/WebGPU session was unavailable, so actual generation, waveform comparison, and listening approval remain pending. The preview is therefore hidden from the ordinary public URL.
