feat(music): add INT8 quality preview

Summary

• add an opt-in, full-size OPT-0089 fake-quant listening preview
• keep the approved production model as the default
• authenticate the preview with its exact manifest and payload identities
• dispose the active worker before switching models
• disclose the 5.75 GB preview size and additional 3.02 GB DiT cache

No fresh browser/GPU generation was available locally. OPT-0089 retains the authenticated browser waveform evidence; external listening is the purpose of this preview.
