Description

Google sign-in now checks the email against the configured SSO providers for every account, not only Google Workspace accounts.

1. Any email on a domain with an SSO provider is redirected to that provider, whether or not Google reports a hosted domain (hd).
2. Google sign-in is rejected with unverified_email when Google does not report email_verified: true.
3. Workspace accounts on a domain with no provider still get "SSO not available for this Google Workspace domain".
