Added map rotation with map vote. Ban list and admin list manager(need more testing). Client persistent Fov and mouse sensitivity settings.

Fixed the client rendering issues caused by the VU GameFace update. Also integrated map rotation, admin lists, and ban lists. Implemented persistent fov and mouse sens sets. Moving the project to v0.5.0 on my fork.
