Trial run of Depot CI for the server-side SDKs, starting with this one.

Changes

  • Tests, SDK spec and CodSpeed move from .github/workflows/ to .depot/workflows/, running on depot-ubuntu-latest.
  • CodSpeed measures in simulation mode instead of walltime, as Depot runners are not bare-metal. This supersedes ci: Run CodSpeed benchmarks in simulation on GitHub-hosted runners #274.
  • Publishing, release and issue triage workflows stay on GitHub Actions.

Caveats

  • Depot CI does not yet run pull_request workflows from forks, so external contributions get no CI until it does.

Move the Tests, SDK spec and CodSpeed workflows from GitHub Actions to
Depot CI. Publishing and release workflows stay on GitHub Actions.

CodSpeed now measures in simulation mode, as Depot runners are not
bare-metal.
