Spec v0.6.0 adds three @events features (get_experiment_flag, track_event, track_exposure_event) and a new client step, Create the SDK client with events enabled. All five new scenarios failed because sdk-spec/steps.py did not implement that step.

The SDK already ships this behaviour (enable_events, EventProcessorConfig(events_api_url=...), Flagsmith.get_experiment_flag, track_event and track_exposure_event, all covered by the existing unit tests), so no library change was needed. This PR wires the spec steps to that public API:

• Create the SDK client with events enabled creates a client with enable_events=True, pointed at the events API URL the runner provides.
• The experiment flag step returns the flag that get_experiment_flag resolves. If the SDK returns a DefaultFlag, the step reports no flags.
• The track event and track exposure steps call the SDK methods with the runner's identifier, value and metadata.
• .flake8 ignores E501 for sdk-spec/steps.py only. Each step marker must match the spec's step text on one line, and one step is longer than 120 characters. A # noqa would become part of the marker text.

I ran the spec locally against its compose stack (Flagsmith, events API, Kafka, warehouse delivery and ClickHouse): 7/7 scenarios pass. The 136 unit tests and pre-commit also pass.
