Spec v0.6.0 adds @events scenarios: Create the SDK client with events enabled, getting an experiment flag, tracking an event and tracking an exposure. The SDK already does all of this since #229 (WithEvents, GetExperimentFlag, TrackEvent, TrackExposureEvent). The spec failed only because sdk-spec/steps.go did not implement these steps.

Changes

• sdk-spec/steps.go maps the four new steps to the SDK's public experimentation API. The client is created with WithEvents and WithEventsBaseURL, and default flush settings.
• No library change was needed. The run below checks the real path: the SDK sends events to the events API, they are delivered to the warehouse, and the runner reads them back. It also checks that an identity outside an experiment records no exposure.

I ran the spec locally against v0.6.0's compose.yml and all 7 scenarios passed. For that local run only, I removed the ClickHouse ulimits setting because my sandbox does not allow it.

Note: golangci-lint's godot flags the step-marker comments in the nested sdk-spec module, including the ones that were already there. The markers must match the runner's step text exactly, so they cannot end with a period. The repo's lint covers only the root module.
