Adopt the original transparent hopping taco in the public site's stats loading state. Give the standalone loader a 64px slot so the artwork is readable in the loading area. Accessible loading text and reduced-motion behavior come from FiestaUI.
This PR awaits the published dependency from Fiestaboard/FiestaUI#366; its final version and lockfile bump must land before merging.
Validated against the final packaged library: 13 site tests, TypeScript, clean production build, light/dark stats-page browser checks, decoded original sprite and reduced-motion fallback. The final 64px layout was visually reviewed. Current PR CI passed.
