Prepare Efir 1.4.0 (native build 7) with the merged remote-control, multi-screen and resource improvements. Keep all native manifests, website version metadata and checksum links consistent.
Add the portable Windows ZIP expected by the existing download URL and launch it in CI to verify the local server reports the packaged version. Keep the NSIS installer. Allow the Android build helper to reuse a private signing directory outside disposable checkouts; signing material stays local.
Validation: version/website metadata checks and site generation passed. Five-platform release builds and Android lint run in this PR. Release notes document the new Android certificate and current distribution requirements.
