Description

The .env.example file uses WEBHOOKFILES, but pkg/config/env/env.go expects WEBHOOK_FILES (with underscore). This causes the variable to be silently ignored, always defaulting to true. If true, all media transacted on the connected instance is downloaded automatically, considerably increasing bandwidth usage.
