This replaces #41 from current main, as requested. It updates the existing Ouroboros entry with a factual description of persistent identity and memory, reviewed self-modification, and desktop and headless operation, adds the technical report, and refreshes its star snapshot. No duplicate project is added. I maintain Ouroboros.

The README generator and validator pass, and the repository's link checker reports 120 valid repositories with no failures or warnings. Thank you for the guidance on submitting a fresh PR.

When resolving the Ouroboros entry around data/projects.json:120–134, please preserve the current main star snapshot (1,501), or refresh from the canonical API, rather than restoring the older 1,402 snapshot from this branch. Star counts naturally change; this is conflict-resolution guidance, not a finding that the submission's historical count was false. Regenerate the README entry from the resolved JSON.

Thanks for the clear guidance! I've refreshed this branch with current main (e4aaed2) without rewriting the existing history.

The new head is dc3d44b. The description, tags and technical-report link are preserved; Ouroboros's star snapshot is now 1,567, read from the canonical GitHub API today. All other entries match current main, and the README has been regenerated from the resolved JSON.

Local checks on the updated head pass under Node 24: README regeneration is idempotent, node scripts/validate.js validates 122 projects across 10 categories, git diff --check is clean, and node scripts/check-links.js reports 122 OK, 0 failures, 0 warnings.

GitHub now reports no merge conflict. Both Validate curated data and Check Links currently show action_required, with no check jobs yet. Could you approve those workflow runs? I understand the local checks do not replace successful CI on this head.

Verified the refreshed catalog-only diff against current main. Ouroboros remains the existing single entry with its current canonical star snapshot and correctly mapped technical report. Generated README, validation, and link checks passed locally and in the two current GitHub Actions jobs.
