The dependency changes leave bun.lock stale, including a Vitest version incompatible with the new requirement, so Bun CI’s frozen-lockfile installation will fail before tests run.

What changed in this PR
Updates the test tooling to address development dependency audit warnings, without changing application code.
Changes:
- Upgrades Vitest and its browser packages from 5.0.4 to 5.1.0.
- Upgrades the Cloudflare Vitest plugin from 1.4.1 to 1.6.0.
- Refreshes npm dependency resolutions, including related tooling and the runtime
eventsource-parserdependency.
