Download from GitHub Releases.
Extract the .zip file that you downloaded, either Nightly or Stable, and extract it into a folder that you will be able to remember. If Windows Defender SmartScreen appears, click Read More, and Run. Encore is not a malicious program, and removing the SmartScreen popup would cost us (the developers) more than we're willing to pay.
Extract songs into the /Songs folder in your Encore folder.

Encore supports all songs with a song.ini and notes.mid. (no .chart!!!!!)
.chart should be abolished. Convert using Onyx.
