Your Minecraft world in the browser: map, 3D view, chests and schematics, plus remote control for Litematica and Baritone. Works on any server or Singleplayer.
- Mod (Fabric, Minecraft 1.21.11 to 26.3, client only): saves every chunk you see as normal region files and remembers chest contents. Sends nothing to the server or the chat.
- Viewer (built into the mod, runs locally at http://127.0.0.1:8770): everything below, in your browser. English and German (switch under Options).
- In game (F8): the most used parts without leaving Minecraft, see In game.

- Map and 3D of everything you have seen, with real block models, smooth light, shadows, moving water and a far view of up to 65,000 blocks. The map has soft relief shading (or the classic vanilla look). Live position, trail, follow camera and mob spawn spots.
- Selecting areas: drag on the map and pick the height, or in 3D like in Axiom: left click sets the first corner, right click the second, the mouse wheel grows the area in the direction you look. Air blocks included.
- Schematic editor: place, replace (with air = remove) and fill blocks, replace or delete every block of a type, copy, move and rotate, with undo. Cut it open layer by layer. Any area of your world becomes a schematic with two clicks.
- Schematics: load
.litematic,.schemor.nbt, place them on the map, send them to Litematica with one click, and see which items are still missing. Your inventory and chests are already subtracted. - Automation with Baritone: farm chosen blocks, clear, fill or flatten an area, or build a whole schematic. Materials come from your chests, leftovers go back, and it pauses when a player comes close. A queue builds several schematics in a row.
- Storage: every chest you open is remembered, shulker contents included. Search an item across all chests, fetch exactly the stacks you picked, or store your inventory where each item already is. Broken chests disappear by themselves. Stash finder included: walk or fly there.
- Own walking engine: right-click the map and you walk there; fetching, storing and picking up drops walk the same way. Works without Baritone: it finds its way over stairs, slabs and drops, around walls, lava and deep water. With Baritone installed, Baritone walks and the own engine takes over when it gets stuck (option "Walk with").
- Printer: places a schematic's blocks as soon as you are near them, no Litematica needed. It turns your head only towards the server, so stairs and logs come out the right way.
- Server-safe (options, per server): for public servers. Turns off Baritone, every automation and X-ray; the printer then only places what you could by hand (no faked look direction, only visible faces, at most 5 blocks per second).
- X-Ray: show only the blocks you search for, in 3D and on the map, and send Baritone straight to a find.
- More: waypoints, signs, a timelapse of what changed (export as GIF or video), radar for nearby players, search for coordinates or waypoints.

- Menu (F8 or
/wm): search chests, the job display with pause and stop, settings, and the way to the viewer. It does not pause the game, so jobs keep running. - Chest search: type an item, see every chest with it, its distance and whether it sits in a shulker. Mark the chest (a box and a line that show through walls, gone once you open it), walk there or fetch it.
- Selection tool (B): left click sets the first corner, right click the second (up to 160 blocks away), the mouse wheel pushes the side you look at (sprint = 8 blocks). Clicks never reach the server. The frame shows through walls and appears in the viewer too. Then save it as a schematic or flatten, fill or break it.
- Job display: a small box at the screen edge while a job runs, in a corner of your choice, can be switched off.
- Chest info: "In chests: 340 (12 chests)" in every item tooltip and briefly above the hotbar when you switch items.
- Minecraft 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.2 or 26.3 with Fabric Loader and Fabric API
- Optional: Baritone (only for building, farming and flattening; walking works without it), Litematica + MaLiLib
- Put the jar for your Minecraft version (
webmatica-<version>+mc<minecraft>.jar) from Modrinth, CurseForge or Releases into yourmodsfolder. - Start Minecraft and press F10. The viewer starts and opens in your browser. Nothing else to install: on the first start it builds the block images from your game in a few seconds.
The viewer runs inside the game and stops when you close it. Its block images are stored in
<game folder>/webmatica-viewer/assets/.
F8 opens the in-game menu, B the selection tool, F9 toggles recording, F10 opens the viewer (all keys can be changed in the controls). ? in the viewer shows all shortcuts.
./gradlew buildAll # one jar per Minecraft version in build/libs/Game tests in the dev client (printer, walking, fetching): ./gradlew :1.21.11:runClient -Pautotest=all -Pautoquit, see docs/testing.md.
Webmatica is built with the help of AI (Claude). The idea, the direction, testing in the game and all decisions are mine, the AI helps write code and text.
Automation is not allowed on every server, use at your own risk. Recordings reveal coordinates, don't share them.
