JSON Encode Layout Renderer

Escapes output of another layout using JSON rules.

Supported in .NET, Silverlight, Compact Framework and Mono.

##Configuration Syntax

${json-encode:jsonEncode=Boolean:inner=Layout}

or by using ambient property to modify output of other layout renderer:

${other:jsonEncode=Boolean}
