0.1.3 makes the docs and the release process as dependable as the code: documentation with one source of truth per class of fact (generated reference tables, a framework version-compatibility page, a version banner), automated release gates (one version source, tag check, wheel smoke test, attestations), a tested support matrix across Python 3.10–3.14 and dependency floors, a watch on supported-framework releases, a hardened Actions supply chain, and typed refusals carried across ADK's model() (LiteLLM) path. No Phase 2 scope.

Verification-status changes (§0.3), in docs/verified-apis.md:

• All eight framework adapter constructor rows (LangGraph, Google ADK, MS Agent Framework, OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Strands) flip from UNVERIFIED (signature confirmed) to VERIFIED (LIVE), live round-trips on 2026-10-13 (chore(verification): live-verify the eight framework adapters #1124).
• Control-plane region hosts: EU, CA and JP Hyperforce are now verified. CA and JP were wrong (ca1.anypoint. / jp1.anypoint., which do not exist) and are now ca1.platform.mulesoft.com / jp1.platform.mulesoft.com (fix(core): correct the CA/JP control-plane hosts and verify every region #1113, Verify Anypoint control-plane region hosts for EU, CA and JP Hyperforce #22).

Extras changes (§8.4):

• openai-agents: the openai floor moves from >=1.66 to >=2.45, the floor openai-agents>=0.20 itself already requires, so no resolve changes.
• New release and lock dependency groups (contributor tooling, not published extras); pytest-timeout floor in the dev group is >=2.3.1.
• Python 3.13 and 3.14 classifiers added.

Acceptance

Run by hand against the published artifact, 2026-10-13:

• Version: donkey-kit==0.1.3, index: TestPyPI (published by run 38414583544 from develop @ 30ad20f2).
• ./run.sh --version 0.1.3 --index testpypi: passed, all seven groups. Configured proxies: all 20 (none unconfigured). Main session 250 passed / 19 skipped; packaging 27 passed / 3 skipped; per-adapter sessions all passed.
• ./run.sh --check-coverage: passed (9 tests not claimed by a feature, flagged for review, not a failure).
• Skips, checked with -rs on groups 1, 2 and 5: capability-gated proxies (responses, streaming, fallback-routing), the modules removed in 0.1.2, and one environment skip: the agent-kill-switch test agent was not quarantined, so the live kill-switch path was not exercised this run.

The acceptance (published) commit status reads error: Not run because the automated dispatch is not set up yet; that is tracked in #1137, not a failed run.

Post-deploy steps

1. Close the Phase 1.3 — Stabilize the MVP (0.1.3) milestone.
2. Tag v0.1.3 on main's new tip and publish the final GitHub Release (ddk-release), which publishes to production PyPI.
3. Once 0.1.3 is on PyPI: update the -demos donkey-kit==0.1.2 pins and README, and the -provisioning/ddk_agents verified-on notes.
