Adds
rollOnConfigChange(defaulttrue). When it's on, the tiled pod template gets achecksum/configannotation holding a hash of the ConfigMap, sohelm upgraderestarts the pods whenever the config changes. See Automatically Roll Deployments.Set it to
falseto leave the pods running when the config changes.#11 (envoy) is stacked on top of this. Replaces #18.
