Point org references at DiamondLightSource

Replaces the remaining epics-containers references with DiamondLightSource/dls-tiled.

• README: CI badge, Source and Releases links now point at this repo, and the image is now ghcr.io/diamondlightsource/dls-tiled, lowercase as published. I checked that :latest resolves.
• Coverage badge: kept and repointed. CI uploads cov.xml via codecov-action, and codecov already has DiamondLightSource/dls-tiled with coverage for the current main commit (the badge renders 62%).
• pyproject.toml [project.urls] GitHub and .github/CONTRIBUTING.md issue/discussion links.
• .copier-answers.yml github_org: DiamondLightSource. In python-copier-template this value feeds the same README and URL fields fixed above. DiamondLightSource is the template default, and it also turns on the Developer Portal questions (component_owner/type/lifecycle) and catalog-info.yaml. The answer now matches where the repo lives, so the next copier update will ask those questions and add catalog-info.yaml. Leaving the old org there would make the next template update put epics-containers back into these files.

Note: GitHub Discussions is currently disabled on this repo, so the CONTRIBUTING discussions link returns 404 until it is enabled. That link is template text, so it was updated like the others rather than removed.

uv.lock has no org references and is unchanged.
