A fresh
pnpm add --global @delvisor/pyrocan now classify with bundled local rules without Docker, a server, database, account, sign-in or policy import. Explicit--semanticuses TypeSafe directly with TYPESAFE_API_KEY and consent to provider charges. Saved gateway settings retain server mode; --local overrides them.Bundle the shared classification engine and presets with complete embedded dependency notices. Keep shared history, jobs, review/evaluation/team administration on the optional server. Update quickstarts, diagnostics, release ordering and validation records; also forward the configured retention period to the control plane.
Validation: all 20 CLI tests, the full workspace check, dependency audit, and isolated packed-package install passed. The install test executes local allow/block decisions with no server. A fetch fixture verifies direct semantic calls and explicit consent; no live paid-provider call was made.
Stacked on #19. Publish CLI 0.2 only after merging and configuring its trusted publisher; deploy the standalone-first website afterward. This PR does not publish the package.
