Add individual accounts, application grants, raw-data permissions, session revocation and audit records. OIDC uses PKCE, nonce, single-use browser-bound state and explicitly provisioned subjects. Add team dashboard and CLI/API management.
Validation: Scoped access and signed OIDC token, nonce, replay and provisioning tests passed. Actual identity-provider deployment still needs a smoke test.
This is a stacked PR. Review this diff against
codex/durable-jobs; merge its dependency first. The website and final standalone CLI changes follow separately.
