Record the completed Supabase native-session deployment and actual production verification. README and operator guide now distinguish the first 27 ms login from subsequent 9–10 ms samples, retain the free-capacity caveat, and document the unautomated human Turnstile check.
Validation: deployment b1507860, three real production login/refresh/logout rounds, exact fixture cleanup, homepage 200, and scheduled cleanup outcome OK. No executable code changes.
