Keep the original account-free Cloudflare deployment as the default. Explicitly select wrangler.toml and its top-level environment for npm dev/deploy, so users need only Worker + R2 + AUTH_TOKEN.
Add bilingual README mode selection, deployment checks and credential guidance; add a deployment-mode guide and clarify personal-token vs hosted-account entry screens and the public product page. Hosted operator setup remains separate and its current CPU limitation is disclosed. Update Node prerequisite to the package-required 22+.
Validation: 115 tests, TypeScript, personal deployment dry run, isolated bundled Worker smoke test with only R2 + AUTH_TOKEN and no D1/Supabase, independent review. No production resource or authentication changes.
