Prepare the dedicated hosted deployment and fix a remote D1 migration failure. D1's remote query parser rejected the quota triggers with
incomplete input; parenthesizing CASE expressions preserves their behavior and allows migrations 0002/0003 to apply. The failed attempt rolled back completely, confirmed from sqlite_master and d1_migrations before retrying.Configure the hosted origin, dedicated D1 UUID and Turnstile public site key. Local browser tests override the site key so production CAPTCHA settings do not affect mock UI tests. The dedicated R2 bucket has an eight-day users/ expiry rule. No Turnstile secret is committed.
Validation: 110 tests, typecheck, Chromium smoke test, independent review, and successful remote migrations. Worker deployment is NOT complete: Cloudflare rejected cpu_ms=1000 with error 100328 because the account is on Workers Free. Docs record the Workers Paid prerequisite and pending secret installation. No plan upgrade, existing app changes or user-data migrations occurred.
