Move the mobile setup entry to the top of settings as a prominent button so users can find it before account quotas. Expand both READMEs with exact navigation and common actions: home-screen setup, uploads, retrieval/sharing, batch deletion, gallery addresses and device tokens, including token visibility limits.
Validation: typecheck, existing hosted UI tests and browser regression; no authentication or storage changes.
