feat: implement toggling between list and plain text

Based on #354

The design

The feature from #260 is already implemented so we can close this issue. Each paragraph will be converted into a list item. The conversion unit is paragraph, not a line.

Current PR extends changes in #354 and implements conversion of list back to paragraphs.

We have 2 ways to convert list

1. Conversion of whole list. Each list item will be converted into paragraph
2. Conversion of nested list. The whole target list will be converted into single paragraph, and each list item will be converted into a new line in the paragraph

Any indentation will be lost.
