When user paste a text we should always parse it as a markdown and insert parsed nodes

Use case

Currently, when I copy markdown text on github and insert it on rich editor - the text is pasted as is.

That is not what I expect.

    The following step is to copy text as a markdown. It would be useful for roundtrips between different notes and even texts in other apps like GitHub issues, markdown in vscode, etc
