Suggest note urls while insert link #329

Suggest notes by enter its title while insert a link.

That would improve a time to link notes.

• User clicks "Insert link"
• Focus must be on input automatically
• User start enter another note title
• App show suggested notes
• User click some note
• The input is filled via note link
• User click "Add" button or press "Enter"
• Link is added
