Simple graphic loading library
This library is used for loading graphics to use these in a running java project.
To use this library just add the jar to the library index of the project.
The new functions are (see javadoc for more information):
- createIcon(String location)
- createIcon(String location, boolean force)
- setGlobalLocation(File location)
- getGlobalLocation()
