Implement the approved non-code design audit in one PR while preserving necessary tests, stable ci-ok and candidate artifact boundaries.
The audit was based on 5cb739a; current main 450a874 (PR #42) already implements shared verification, strict status aggregation, independent packaged consumers, exact candidate reuse, tag/POM validation and Central publication governance. Reuse these implementations and address the remaining defects rather than duplicating them.
Remaining task graph: consumer CLI portability/candidate failure safety; canonical docs guard; operator/contributor guidance. Merge and two-axis review depend on all three; remote validation and PR readiness follow review fixes. Runtime migration API/behavior changes, new dependencies/platforms and actual production publication are excluded. Existing PR #53 is separate and must be preserved.
Acceptance: current source evidence for reused requirements; remote docs/naming/workflow/unit/full Redis/style/consumer/benchmark checks; exact SHA-bound result reporting; explicit credentialed publication verification limits. The local audit and task graph remain review artifacts, not permanent project policies.
Implementation tickets: #55 consumer portability; #56 canonical docs guards; #57 operator/contributor guidance. All are independent; integration/review/remote validation depend on all three.
