Summary
dyro-executor与评审板dyro-board，与控制面、Dispatch 一起按情景自动戴上；戴上只是加载约束，不是同意启动 Provider、apply 或 merge。dyro-reviewer。start/open/task open统一走launch_start_tool，桌面启动器进任务也会印执行位。包更新刷新按集成逐个探测，当前或漂移/冲突座位不会被整包覆盖。0.7.3；changelog 在 Unreleased。这不是0.7.4发版 PR。Test plan
