桌面顶栏新增 GitHub 项目主页图标；“设置 → 更新”新增“打开发布页”，无需先检查更新即可查看版本说明和下载文件。两个按钮经受限 Host/Preload/IPC 调用，由 Main 打开固定 GitHub 地址，打开失败会提示用户。
AGENTS.md 与发布流程已落实“Codex 审查仅 P0 阻断，不做反复审查”。本次按维护者授权重打 v1.0.4，保留版本号、Release 标题和功能说明；新包采用最终 main SHA，校验与验收元数据对应新产物。
