L4/L5 now retain evidence from the running candidate: built/loaded image and Java-class identities, selected integration scenarios, fresh typed artifacts, saved-state readback, screenshots/traces and workflow/design comparisons. OpenELIS owns startup; the harness observes and collects evidence without adding application fingerprint endpoints.

Validation: 67 tests passed at this slice, including stale identity, changed/missing artifacts and incomplete workflow evidence. A real isolated OpenELIS journey saved label height 25 to 26 while preserving width/name/fields, retained browser evidence and removed its VM. Visual comparison recorded differences from the product mockup.

PR #8 corrects this slice's draft-reference approval gate: draft status is provenance, not a prerequisite for review completion. Formal product sign-off remains separate. These scoped observations do not establish acceptance of every OpenELIS workflow.
