test(O165): add the regression spec missing from #157 - #159

The O165 PR (#157) committed with 'git add -u', so this new spec file never landed and CI never ran it — it only ran locally (8/8) in the branch worktree. Same file, unchanged.

#157's commit used
git add -u, so the new spec file never landed — CI never ran the O165 regression tests (they passed 8/8 locally in the branch worktree on the same code, incl. the two-pexit-9 e2e cases). This PR adds the identical file; nothing else changes.
