fix(release): repair missing native sidecars and prepare v0.1.1 preview

Root cause confirmed in v0.1.0 Release logs

Both GitHub Ubuntu x86_64 and ARM64 builders failed in Tauri build.rs: resource path binaries/liney-audio-<target> doesn't exist. The first cargo build for liney-media validated all externalBin files before later audio/screen placeholders existed.

Fix

Stage temporary executable paths for all five native helpers before the first Cargo build. Each path is overwritten with the real compiled sidecar; release script verifies the final binaries. Keep old v0.1.0 tag immutable; align package.json, tauri.conf.json, Cargo manifest and lock to v0.1.1 Developer Preview.

Local validation

• 130/130 Bun tests pass
• oxlint: 0 errors, 3 warnings
• TypeScript + Vite production build passes
• Frozen lockfile install and script syntax pass
• Requires GitHub release multi-arch packaging verification before publishing downloadable artifacts

This is an experimental preview. Real login, E2EE, audio/video and screen sharing require separate authorized LINE account verification.
