- pyproject.toml: sync requires-python to >=3.13, drop duplicate fuzzywuzzy, document E501 override - desktop/utils.py: centralize snapshot_profile_enabled() - desktop/service.py: switch fuzzywuzzy -> thefuzz, fix clipboard race in _paste_text(), add streaming max-content-length guard in scrape() - tree/service.py/_snapshot_helpers.py: remove duplicate profile helper and unused imports - tools/shell.py: preserve traceback on PowerShell failures - __main__.py: document FastMCP private-API usage in tool filter
